In short, love is that particular moment when ‘I’ becomes ‘We’ I think Robert Heinlein put it beautifully Robert Heinlein “Love is that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own.”
When a class’s monitor shushes that one guy playing chess during class (though no teacher there!!), who could have thought they will marry someday. And this in fact did shock almost all our classmates. Everybody was puzzled and had one question ‘how exactly it happened’. This is how we met for the first time or I shall say talked to each other. But our story actually began when we started our respective graduation, from a long distance relationship (as we were in different colleges) to the closest one. It has been 5 years now; the monitor is getting married to the lovely singer and cute face of our school days.
‘No one is perfect’; accepting the imperfection is often the fun part of life. I like his sense of humor ,his ‘dimples’ and the way he can answer some questions pertaining to me in very adorable way that would make my Mom laugh every time. And you know if a guy can make your Mom go ‘awww’ then there it is ‘cuteness alert’. I dislike when he becomes my mom’s adorable son than me the naughty daughter.
Before we venture into the traditional aspect of celebrating togetherness we wanted to celebrate the friendship and love the unique way. We wanted to do something which involved Just Us. We wanted our chemistry to be highlighted within a span of few hours so that we can treasure the ‘Expressions’ forever.
As we started spending more and more time with each other, we realized that we have become each other’s habit; and when you have cultivated such a healthy and adorable habit, how can you just let go of it ?? That is when we decided to make this habit a permanent one 😀 . As a result , after 5 wonderful years of relationship , we are getting married .Yaaayyyyyyyy!!!!
Quite daunting it is. Seriously!! Marriage involves a lot of stuffs even a lazy bum like me has to do ‘Shaj-Goj’ not the party way but seriously the bride stuffs. Especially the brides need to make a checklist, which consumes most of one’s time. One has to tick mark each of those items (P.S: It involves bugging Mom a lot!!). Shopping and bride to-dos are never ending. Invitations are the coolest part though. When everyone congratulates you for a new phase of your life you feel quite delighted.
We wanted someone who could bring out our emotions and translate our feelings into his photography. Srejon is not just a photographer, but he is an artist. This is the reason behind the fact that he is considered amongst the top photographers in this country and specially Kolkata. Definitely, he is a guy I would refer to anyone.
